Sportivo’s new project is located in a small 1907 palace on Calle Limón in Madrid’s Conde Duque neighborhood. This new space is a continuation of Sportivo’s previous store, which has been operating for over twenty years. It’s a corner location with large windows and iron columns, featuring original terrazzo floors.

The original materials and elements, such as, walls, floors, and windows, have been preserved as if it were an archaeological endeavor, with the passage of time taking the spotlight. The space represents a contrast between the delicacy and fragility of the materials while maintaining the solidity of the construction.
