The jersey material is knitted in Wakayama City using yarn made using a special spinning method at a spinning factory in Toyama Prefecture. The core of the yarn is made of firm cotton, and the surrounding area is made of extra-long staple cotton, which is spun using an air vortex to spin the yarn. The fibers caught in the air flow form a unique structure, creating a unique yarn that easily absorbs water. This manufacturing method makes this an original ATON material that is highly absorbent, quick-drying, and has a dry feel.
